A short briefing and a pool or shallow-water skills session, then a boat dive with an instructor.
No experience or certification needed; minimum age is 10-12 depending on the centre.
Equipment and a photographer are usually available.
Overview
If you have always wondered what diving feels like, this is a gentle way to find out. An instructor stays with you the whole time, and the dive is in shallow water where the light is best.
You need to be healthy, comfortable in water and fill in a medical questionnaire. Certified divers can add more dives through our partner centre; ask us when you book.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to swim?
You should be comfortable in water. The instructor helps with buoyancy and breathing, but confidence in the sea is important.
What time do we start and finish?
We usually collect from your hotel between 7 and 8 a.m. and are back by late afternoon. We confirm the exact times when you book.
What should I bring?
Comfortable walking shoes, sun protection, a hat, a light rain jacket and a little cash for tips or souvenirs. We send a short checklist when you book.
Can we change the day or the plan?
Yes. Day trips are private by default, so we can shift the timing or swap stops to suit you. Just tell us early.
